Properties Colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a slight phenol odor, insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, ether, benzene, acetone and other organic solvents.
Applications It is mainly used as intermediate for other esters, alkyd resins ,pesticide, and also a kind of chelating agent and stabilizer used in PVC products, and act as antioxidant, anti-ageing agent and stabilizer in PE, PB, ABS & SBS plastic products, inhibiting the reaction of the light & heat to the plastics .
